President CA Lalit Jadav Installation on 13th July, 2015 at MCF Banquet Hall.

Dear friends ,

Greetings. Here is the detailed report of the happenings of the Installation Ceremony held on 13/7/2015 at Thakre Mini Auditorium .

After happy fellowship with the snacks , the curtain was raised at 8.20 pm with the dance performance by Purvi, daughter-in-law of the President Lalit Jadav , for the blessings of Lord Ganesha. A wonderful pair of MOC (Masters of Ceremony) Rtn. Nisha Chandarana and Rtn. Jayesh Kapadia , wellcomed all Dis. dignitaries , Rotarians and their families and guests(auditorium house full) . Meeting was called to order and National Anthem was played digitally. After dignitaries were invited to light the lamp , Stuti was sung by Mrs. Veenaji in a sweet voice.

After IPP Rajul Pathak gave glimpses of the successful WOW Year 2014-15 , TSR. Rtn. Vandana than gave wonderful introduction of our President Lalit Jadav. The evening started peaking with handing over the Collar, the Club Charter, MOC, Gong and Gavel BY IPP Rajul Pathak to incoming President Lalit Jadav , this being the official procedure of the Installation Ceremony. The evening peaked with our President's speech ; very focused , purposeful, and very sincere and practical in approach towards projects he and his team wants to undertake through the year. Making his intentions very clear that all the partners in service , aids and well wishers , of the club will work hand to hand to scale the PEAK 15. The cheque of $ 1000/-towards TRF contribution by the TRF Director herself, Rtn. Ruma (charity begins at home) and promise for $ 25000/- , 61 new members joining in the very first month ,Target of 333 members in 3 years by 3 consecutive Presidents in unison , gift of new club in the form of E.Club , any need to say that DG Subhash and entire district dignitaries carried a wonderful impression of our premium club ,RC Borivali ?

Then President Lalit felicitated , with the Citation , the out going WOW team for their outstanding work . Then comes the beautiful part of the event when all the Directors of the PEAK 15 Board were pinned by DG Subhash along with "The Post and The Personality " described by MOC in the most humorous way calling for spontaneous accolades. The band of Directors were then framed in the camera. Also PP Manish, PP Umesh and PP Sunil Nandu unveiled the Kanheri Magazine.

Then came our new members, absolutely energetic, enthusiastic and ready to enter the world of the Rotary, were recognized, along with the Proposers , by DG Subhash & our President Lalit.

Thereafter , fantastic two announcements were made by GSR SJP. Mayank . First , the Formation of E.Club , and the Charter President Uday Karelia , A C Club Pankaj A C West Vinod Manhar were called on the stage and were felicitated with flowers by the hands of DG.Subhash. Second - PE Ashish, PN Viren and President Lalit - the THREE Presidents under strategic planning have set a goal of figure of 333 in 3 years to increase the club's membership by 30 th June, 2018 and it was greeted with round of applause from the audience. Third announcement - DS Chetan Desai announced , for the Pledge for donating eyes by Dist. First Lady Swati Kulkarni . With very innovative idea , thanking for this gesture by giving Certificate of Appreciation in the form of donating medical kit . What an idea Sirji ?

Then AG Satish introduced DG Subhash in a very unique manner , appropriate to his profession of Lawyers.

"Overwhelmed " were the opening remarks of DG Subhash with thunderous applause by the audiance began his speech , appriciating the vision of the incoming President Lalit Jadav for the year PEAK 15 , his zest quality projects , commitment for the membership growth , TRF collections , specially for thrust area project "Sukhada- building girl toilets" ( Signature Project) ," TB bhagao , Zindagi badhao" , projects under 'TEACH" , new E.Club etc.

DG. also spoke about the efforts being put across for public image of the Rotary by way of media partnering . He explained the significance of PEAK 15 i.e. to scale the mountain of ultimate height. Change of identity from 3140 to 3141 , he put it in so beautiful words .

"Emotions of fellowship , satisfaction of tremendous projects and tasks executed and final phase of being together as Rotarians should come out on the surface and create history by outstanding performance and reach possible imaginable PEAK."

Meeting was adjourned by the President after the Secretarial announcements. Finally , Vote of Thanks was given by PE Ashish Tapiawala.

Cake cutting and photo shoot was enjoyed with dignitaries and Rotarians followed by delicious dinner.

My dear prospective members and Rotarians , such was a memorable day of President Lalit Jadav's installation ceremony and welcome and let us all enjoy wonderful world of Rotary.
