Good fellowship enjoyed between 8.00 - 8.30
In absence of Sergeant Jayesh Asst Sergent Hetal requested President Ashok to 
start the meeting and collared him. The meeting was called to order and the 
National Anthem was sung. Pres Ashok welcomed the members and guests and 
requested Club Trainer Chetan to escort the chief guest to the dias. The Rotary 
formalities followed- Details of projects,  birthdays and  anniversaries. Club 
trainer chetan was congratulated on the excellent pre-club assembly meeting held 
on 18th morning wherein 25 rtns attended. Polio NID on 18th July was ably 
carried out by our polio team - Rtns Sudam, Ashwin, Mona and Hetal and Vaishakhi 
(daughter of Sudambhai) and as always was a record breaking affair.
Rtn Mukesh presented the new eye donation web-site of the club www.roshani.in. 
It was much appreciated by all. a request - pl try to popularise the site 
amongst your circle of influence. Rotaractors Charmi and Ankit invited the 
members to the installation of their team 2010-11 on 1st Aug at netra mandir at 
10.30 am.
The Assembly started with Pres Ashok dwelling on Future Vision plan and 
continuity. He again made it clear that during the year team work and delegation 
will be the key words. In the absence of Rtn Ajay Jain new Rtn Kailash ably 
presented the club adminstration plans. Rtn Dr Rishi Panchal in his inimitable 
style revealed his plans for membership development and has set a target for 25 
new members with accent on quality. Rtn Mayank systematically and in detail put 
forth his dashing ideas for PR. Rtn mahesh was absent and Pres Ashok was 
enthusiastic about working towards the USD25,000 mark set by IPP Manish, who 
readily agreed to support in this endevour. Rtn Ashwin, in his usual 'yes, i 
will do it' manner unfurled his service projects. and for service projects 
educational Rtn Harish put his heart into all the projects he enumerated and his 
enthusiasm was infectious. Experienced Rtn Mona expounded her service projects - 
medical. Rtn Ashis was abroad and Rtn lalit interestingly put forth the 
Vocational Service plans. The international Sevice plans were put forth by Rtn 
Avinash and it seems that with 2 long term RYE (Rotary youth exchange) students 
and his other programs it is going to be a busy year for him. the new avenue 
'new generation' director viren was down with fever and could not attend and we 
are sure that he has many plans up his sleeve. Our ever smiling Polioman 
Sudambhai smiled his way through his committment for this cause. Rtn hemant 
asher was in the right disha with the 1st batch of vocation classes already 
started and grand plans ahead.
AG Trevor complimented the team for an excellent presentation and gave his 
valuable inputs and suggestions. 
After Secretarial announcements, Pres Ashok thanked AG Trevor and then the 
meeting was adjourned.
