Rotary Eye Bank pavilion was bursting with people yesterday ( 20th
April). Over 2000 people from all walk of life visited and stayed in
Pandal between 3 and 7 pm. Many have asked to arrange such event
periodically. Number of fellow Rotarians from other clubs visiting
our Awareness camp is growing. We had PDG Shrirang Prabhu among us
yesterday.
It was heartening see our Project co-chair Mukesh Thakkar exchanging
garlands with Ann Purnima, Yesterday being their 37th wedding anniversay,
Shri Bhupendra Pandyaji felicitated them both.
The event (an excellent PR of Rotary) will continue till 24th April
every day between 3 and 7pm at Ekta Grounds, near Kora Kendra, Borivli
(W). Attached is a road map for all those who have been enquiring
about way to the venue.
