As you are all aware, RC of Borivli has been
running an EYE Bank for over six years. Tremendous hard work and utter
dedication goes into running it. In order to create awareness about the EYE
BANK and spread the message of EYE DONATION through a strong campaign, Over
85 Rotarians, their family members, Rotaractors and Interactor participated
in the Dream Run at Mumbai Marathon 2013 held today morning.

Chairman - Eye Donation Awareness Committee) for his hard work and effective
communication - encouraging our club members (and family of RC of
Borivli) to come in such a large numbers. A song specially written for it by
yours truly and sung by Rtn
Avinash Gujarati was
very well received at the stage of performance. The participants chanted
slogans inviting people to donate eyes, carrying banners and placards with
various messages.
It was heartening to see the dedication of the
participants towards this cause for humanity which aptly encourages people
to donate eyes; and also to meet Rotarians friends from various clubs from
our District.
