a lot of fun and enjoyment + showing RCC that we value them = rotary cup cricket
for 40+
pdg bharatbhai, pp pareshbhai, pp rajendrabhai, rekhabhabhi, pp manish cheered
the rotary team consisting of prez mudrak, pp sanjivbhai, pp ashok, pn rajul,
avinash, new members sandeep purohit and sandeep patil.
pdg bharatbhai officiated over the toss and was introduced to the teams. rcc has
arranged to give to all players t-shirts with eye donation message.
we won the toss and elected to field. devlapada seniors scored 66 runs in 4
overs.
we started well with rtn sandeep patil scoring 21 runs in 1st over. it seemed we
will win. but a tight 2nd over saw us in doldrums. eventually losing the match.
but winning hearts of our rcc members. thanks to all rtns present for making
this possible.
indeed we were fortunate that both the continuing charter members of our club,
bharat bhai and pareshbhai were present for the project.
rcc pp amit gaikwad was very happy by our presence there. the prize distribution
ceremony for the competitions held throughout the week will be held on 24th at
5.30 pm. rotarians willing to attend are requested to contact prez mudrak.
On Sunday (24th feb) at 9 am a great learning session on COL (council of
legislation) by PDG Bharatbhai awaits us at Malad Rotary Centre.
Also the Polio NID is there and our polio booth is on l t rd, outside our eye
bank from 9 am onwards. so do attend wherever convenient.
